Preliminary round matches for some local teams will begin on Friday night under the lights.  All games will be held at the Indian Springs Sports Complex located in South Broken Arrow.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>INCLEMENT WEATHER</U></B></div> <bR> <div> In the event the Tournament is cancelled, whether in whole or part, the Tournament Committee is not responsible for any expenses incurred by any team.  However, a portion of the entry fee <B><U>may</U></B> be refunded after out-of-pocket expenses are deducted.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>AWARDS</U></B></div> <bR> <div> Champion and Runner-up team plaques and individual player medals will be given in each age division.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>HOUSING</U></B></div> <bR> <div> Housing will <B><U>not</U></B> be provided. A list of hotels and motels can be found on the BASC web site.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>TEAMS & ROSTERS</U></B></div> <bR> <div> This tournament is for U9 & U10 Academy teams and tournament or regular club teams playing in top competitive leagues or divisions in the U11-19 age divisions. The maximum number of players on each U9 & U10 Academy team or in the U11 division is 14.  Academy teams and U11 teams will play 8-aside. The maximum number of players on each 12-16 team is 18. The maximum number of players on a U-17 through U-19 team is 22. Each player must have a current player pass available for inspection before each match.  There are no guest players allowed for Academy teams. Each U11-19 team is allowed up to three (3) guest players.  All guest players must be registered with the USSF Affiliate of the team for which they are guest playing and meet other tournament requirements.  Guest players should have guest player forms or be noted at the bottom of the team rosters.  No older players will be allowed to play on a team registered to compete in a younger age division.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>PRE-TOURNAMENT COMMUNICATION, ACCEPTANCE, SCHEDULES, & RULES</U></B></div> <bR> <div> All communication with teams after they have entered the tournament will be done by website information.</div> <div> The website is:<B> </B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="http://www.brokenarrowsoccerclub.org" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.brokenarrowsoccerclub.org"><B><U>www.brokenarrowsoccerclub.org</U></B></A></FONT><B> </B>All tournament information including acceptance, tournament rules, schedules, maps, etc will be posted on the website.  Keep checking it periodically.  </div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>REFEREES</U></B></div> <bR> <div> If you have one or more referees from your team that would be interested in working when your team is not playing, please include a list of their names and telephone numbers with your application so our referee coordinator may contact them.</div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B><U>APPLICATION & ENTRY FEE</U></B></div> <bR> <div> Entry fee is $350 per team for all age divisions.   A separate check for each team's entry fee and application must be received no later than August 18, 2007 to be considered.  In addition to the entry fee check a separate check in the amount of $100 should also be included with the application.  This check will not be deposited unless the Tournament Director deems the team to not be in good standing at the end of the tournament and has not forfeited any games.  Checks for team in good standing will be destroyed.  No checks will be returned.  If a team is accepted but fails to attend the tournament, their entry will be forfeited.  Checks should be made payable to the <B>BROKEN ARROW SOCCER CLUB</B> and mailed with the completed application to:</div> <div>      </div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B>Broken Arrow Soccer Club</B></div> <div> <B>Attn: Tournament Committee</B></div> <div> <B>P.O.
