Team Rosters/Team Account/Late Registrants

This form is very important & should not be lost or destroyed. You can have this form printed off for you at the BASC office or from within your Team Account. To access your team account, go to www.gotsport.com, click on Team Account and then enter the required Username and Password. For those of you, who don’t know your Username or Password, please send an email to basc@brokenarrowsoccerclub.org requesting this information. Once in your team account click on Team Profile. From Team Profile you will need to click on Documents, from there you should be able to access the OFFICAL TEAM ROSTER and PLAYER PASSES for those ages that require them. The ROSTER is NOT YOUR GAME FORM and will only be used for when you go to TOURNAMENTS. You should not write or mark on your OFFICAL ROSTER. If you wish to change your teams name please email BASC at basc@brokenarrowsoccerclub.org. From within your team account you will be able to change your team colors if needed so that the coming seasons schedule will reflect all changes.

It is possible that you may still have players added to your roster in the weeks leading up to the season. Please check your Team Account, www.gotsport.com and then click team account, often and look for new players added to your team. Log into you Team Account with your Username and Password, click on Roster on the grey bar and double check that way. If you do have a new player added to your team, please check to see if you have an updated roster clicking Team Profile and then clicking the Documents Tab. You will be able to see your documents that have been generated for your team, just look for the newest OFFICAL ROSTER by the date it was created. If your new player isn’t on your OFFICAL ROSTER, contact Barbara (basc@brokenarrowsoccerclub.org) and let her know that you need a regenerated roster for your team. For all new players added you will also need to pick up the medical release form from the office. Just stop by the office and Barbara will get that printed for you.

Game Forms/Player Passes (Mandatory for U16 - U19 Teams)

Coaches, you will be able to access your PLAYER PASSES through your Team Account, www.gotsport.com and click on Team Account, if not please contact the BASC office by email (basc@brokenarrowsoccerclub.org) and request your passes to be printed off. Please refer back to the team account info on how to access them. To make your job easier as coach, log into your team account and click on ROSTER on the grey bar. You will be able to see all your players that are registered to your team currently. Click on a player to view that player’s information, if that player doesn’t have a photo you can upload a photo of them. Uploading a photo will make your job easier, when the player passes are printed the photo of the player will be printed on the player pass, otherwise you will have to obtain a photo from the player/parent and then glue it onto the player pass. Once you have the player passes printed you will need to get all players to sign the cards, please try and have them stay on the signature line. Once you have signatures and all photos that needed to be attached are attached go and get your cards laminated, the BASC office has a laminator if needed. All players in the U16 – U19 age divisions must have player passes in order to play both league & tournament games. If you are a U12 – U14 team that is going to a tournament and that tournament is requiring player passes, please contact Barbara at the BASC office (basc@brokenarrowsoccerclub.org) and let her know you need passes. Please take note that if you have uploaded pictures of players and they are not on the player passes it is because the passes do not self update, if that is the case you will need to contact Barbara (basc@brokenarrowsoccerclub.org) and let her know that you need to get your passes regenerated.

Coaches, you will be able to access your GAME FORMS through your Team Account, www.gotsport.com and click on Team Account, from there you need to log into your team account with your username and password. Practice Fields

If you have yet to set up a practice field or haven’t been assigned to one please email the 3rd VP and let him know that you need a practice field. To contact the 3rd VP go to www.brokenarrowsoccerclub.org, move the cursor over the silver Club Info tab, an orange box will pop up, from there click Contact Us. Clicking on Contact Us will bring up a list of board members, for practice fields you will only need to contact the 3rd VP. Click on the 3rd VP’s name to email him, this is the best possible way to reserve and schedule a practice field. Coaches, please take responsibility for cleaning up your practice fields. BASC is fortunate enough to have practice areas for our teams, we need to keep all areas clean of trash and debris, we also need to make sure we park in areas that we are allowed to park in. For parking, use your better judgment and make sure that all parents on your team follow suit.

Club Uniforms & Under 6 T-Shirts

Please get your uniforms ordered for your team members immediately or you will not have them in time for the first game. Teams using the club uniform will need to go to Soccer USA immediately & start a team folder with all players or only new players in it. Coaches in the under 6 division, ONLY, will be given t-shirts for their new players when they are ready, the office manager will let you know by email when they are ready.

General Responsibilites

As a coach it is your responsibility to be familiar with the FIFA Laws of the game, the GCSA, and BASC Standing Resolutions and Bylaws as well as the modified rules for U5 – U12 teams. Updated copies of the BASC bylaws and the GCSA bylaws are available online at www.brokenarrowsoccerclub.org. To find these documents, click on the silver Club Info tab, an orange box will pop up, look for the Bylaws tab and click on it, another orange box will pop up, select the Bylaws that you wish to view. These documents provide valuable information that you will find helpful as a coach.
