The purpose for which this organization is formed is to further and promote the progressive development of the sport of soccer through organization, training and education; to organize a soccer team or teams to compete and participate in soccer; to promote the progressive development of the sport of soccer through the establishment and development of youth programs; to receive gifts, legacies, and donations from and source, to be used solely to promote the health, welfare and recreation of the Broken Arrow Soccer Club membership though the organization of this corporation for the development of the sport of soccer.
